Canary Islands Property Services Ltd (CIPS for short) are keen to partner with Real Estate agents, Property Professionals and
Property Developers in the UK, Canary Islands and Europe in the hope of establishing a lasting relationship that will benefit
both parties.
CIPS Ltd are seeking partners, agents and developers who are currently selling or developing property in the Canary Islands
and who would like to promote their business further to a wider UK and European audience. How we promote your business.
CIPS Ltd's sole interests are in the ‘private holiday rental’ sector. For partnering businesses, who wish to expose their
services to a larger percentage of UK internet and non-internet users, we have many platforms available...
We currently run and operate 15 popular holiday rental web-based businesses aimed exclusively at the Canary Islands. Each
business has its own 'For Sale' page reserved exclusively for any businesses wishing to partner with us and promote their
property for sale company, business, shop or services.
Our businesses are aimed at the Canary Islands as a group, the four main islands & popular holiday resort destinations.
We have 10 holiday rental web sites dedicated to the following popular holiday resorts:

We also have over 70 other property or Canary Island related sites giving access to the rental sites above in addition to
standard internet searching and other regular forms of media advertising.

Ideal Partners:
Not wanting to encroach into companies whose main business type is the 'Property for
Sale', 'Property Development' or 'Property Management' sectors - CIPS Ltd are ideally looking to partner with those businesses
who's main objective is:
- Selling property to private individuals and investors who are seeking a rental income from the property.
- Developing new property with a view to selling to private individuals or investors
- Property management businesses managing a portfolio of holiday rental properties
CIPS Ltd are able to offer exclusive and shared advertising to our partners across a multitude of popular web-based
businesses, in return for promoting or highlighting our dedicated Canary Islands holiday rentals service to private
individuals and investors alike.
Ideally partners should be able to promote our services through the following:
- Word of mouth and/or advertising literature/poster in local business premises.
- Word of mouth and/or advertising literature on completion of a sale.
- Banner advert on company website.
- Advert or recommendation sent to subscribers of a Newsletter.
- Literature / recommendation sent to clients upon completion of a sale.
- Distribution of flyers / business cards to new or existing clients or rental property owners.
In return CIPS Ltd will reciprocate the above and promote the most effective campaigns / businesses on a much larger scale.
Each partnering business will be added to our mandatory 'where did you find us?' facility on all our holiday
rental's free registration pages. Subsequently those businesses providing the highest percentage of new clients/referrals will
receive the best promotion, advertising and recommendations across our holiday rental, property and Canary Island web sites,
newsletters, articles and future publications.
Partnering businesses with rental property
In addition to this, businesses who offer both 'property for sale' and 'rental property' are invited not only to become our
partners but to showcase any amount of rental properties they may have with us. Partnering businesses will be offered a
substantially reduced rate (see 'Business rates' below) to showcase any amount of rental property on all our holiday
rental and partnering web sites, this also includes all the standard benefits offered to individual owners for example:

- Dedicated member of staff to extract property from your own site if you can't find time to list it yourself
